Challenge

I wanted to create a sans serif typeface that embrace my love for Sci-fi movies, space and also incorporated my background growing up in Sweden. 

Solution

Fuglesans is a homage to the first Swede in space – Christer Fuglesang. The sans serif font is inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics, Sci-fi movies and space. Use it for visionary brands or designs that aspire to be high-tech, modern and futuristic. The font was created in Glyphs. 

The font is currently available in 3 weights, Light, Regular and Bold, and comes with over 200 glyphs – buy it at MyFonts. On launch the font peaked at 14th place on the list over Hot New Fonts.
